Planned on a 267-acre site in Oldham County, OC Data Center will be centered within the Oldham County trees where 75% (approximately 200 acres) of the site will be preserved as green and open space. OC Data Center will spur economic growth in Oldham County by creating high-paying jobs while generating millions in tax revenue to support schools, infrastructure, and emergency services with almost no impact on the community.
